Potatoe Pockets *

Ingredients

• 3 medium carrots, julienned
• 4 medium potatoes, julienned
• 1/3 c chopped onion
• 2 T margarine
• 1/2 c Parmesan or cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Divide evenly between 4 pieces of heavy duty foil, sprayed with Pam. Top with butter, seal. Grill covered 20-30 minutes. Carefully open and sprinkle with cheese, reseal and cook 5 more minutes.
