    C each grated parmesan and romano

    C grated cheddar

  • 1

    lb mozzarella, sliced very thin

Directions

Brown meat slowly with garlic and onion. Spoon off excessive fat. Add next 7 ingredients in column 2. Simmer uncovered about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles according to package directions. Beat eggs, add ricotta, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish in the following order: noodles, sauce, ricotta filling, cheeses, ending with mozzarella. Should make 3 layers. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Let stand 10 min before serving. Lasagna can be prepared early and refrigerated until time to heat and serve.
