Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 pound pork shoulder butt steak, sliced thin
- Fresh vegetable, washed and cut up (cauliflower, broccoli, etc.)
- sesame oil
- pepper
- 1 tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Ginger
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle meat with sesame oil, pepper and 1 tbsp. soya sauce.
Heat oil in wok. Add meat and ginger; brown. Add vegetables, season, add 1/4 cup water, cover and let steam for a few minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients together. Push meat and vegetable to outside of wok. Add starch mixture to liquid in pan. Boil until thick. Mix together and serve hot.
