Ingredients
- 18 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 3 cups pretzel sticks, broken into small pieces, about 1 1/2 cups
- 2 cups dry roasted lightly salted peanuts

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper. Place chocolate in heat-proof bowl set over pot of hot, not simmering water. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Or melt in microwave in 2 qt glass dish on High for 1 minute; stir. Microwave for an additional 10 - 20 seconds; stir until melted until smooth.
Stir in pretzel pieces and peanuts. Spoon onto baking sheet, spreading mixture out so ingredients are relatively evenly distributed. Allow chocolate to cool for several hours or refrigerate until firm, 45 minutes. Break into irregular pieces.
