Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 3 T oil
- 4 lbs boneless pork shoulder cut
- into 4 pieces
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 c cider vinegar
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 1/2 c molasses
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 2 t red pepper flakes
- 1 T worchestshire
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1 t paprika
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet and brown pork. Put into slow cooker. Pour all but 1
T oil from skillet, add onion and cook 5 minutes.
Add vinegar,cook and scrape pan for 2 minutes. Stir in rest of ingredients. Cook 5 minutes and then pour over pork. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, or ( 8-10 hours on low). Shred pork, skim sauce and return to slow cooker.
