Ingredients
- double pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- If you add more fruit because I usually do a combination of about 4 cups, then at least double the flour
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients and pour into bottom of unbaked crust. Top with remaining crust. Bake 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 30 more minutes.
