Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenderloin
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1/2 pound pepper jack cheese, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Flatten tenderloins.
2. Roll up a chunk of Jack cheese. Wrap with bacon; secure with toothpick.
3. Place chicken on frying pan and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees, on low rack, turning the last five minutes.
4. Serve with ranch dressing.
