Apricot Glaze for Pork or Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 1 T soy sauce (reduced sodium)
  • 1 1/2 tsp sambal oelek (chili paste) or Sriracha (Thai chili sauce)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Whisk ingredients together. Brush over pork or chicken as it cooks.
