Ingredients
- 1 TB butter
- 1 TB olive oil
- 2 TB chopped shallots
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. sliced cremini/baby bella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil & shallots, cooking 1 minute or until tender. Add salt & mushrooms to pan, cooking 13 minutes or until mushrooms are brown & liquid evaporates. Add wine to pan, cooking 2 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated. Stir in thyme & cook for 30 seconds.
