Ingredients
- 2 pints milk
- 100 g rice
- 50 g sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 150 C. Take ½ of the milk and all of the rice and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. (don’t let it get gooey)
Add remaining ingredients and put into an ovenproof dish and cook for 1 ½ hours until top is golden.
