  • 1 CUP WATER
  • 1 T. BUTTER
  • 5 CUPS MILK
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 t. SALT
  • 1/2 TO 3/4 CUP SUGAR
  • 1 t. VANILLA

Preparation

Step 1

ADD FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS AND BOIL DOWN
ADD MILK AND SIMMER TIL VOLUME IS ABOUT HALF .... 45 MIN.
BEAT REST OF INGREDIENTS TIL THICK & FROTHY ( LOOKS LIKE PUDDING)
ADD TO RICE MIXTURE
POUR IN CASSEROLE DISH AND SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON
BAKE 350 DEGREES APPROX 30 MIN.
