Spiced Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 lb pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat egg white and water until frothy
2. Add pecans and toss until pecans are well coated
3. Add sugar, salt and cinnamon to pecans
4. Spread nuts evenly on well buttered jelly roll pan
5. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Cool completely
