Macaroni Sausage Supper

Ingredients

  • 1 lb link pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can tomatoes, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut sausage in 1/4" lengths and brown in skillet. Remove from skillet and saute onion and bell pepper. Combine with tomatoes, salt, pepper, chili powder, macaroni and sour cream.

2. Put in a 2qt casserole dish and top with sausage and cheese. Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
