Skillet Pork Chops and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 center cup loin pork chops
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in a large skillet with a lid. May need more potaoes, depending on their size. Skillet should be mostly full. Pour cream of mushroom soup over all.

2. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
