High Protein Low Cal Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean browned ground beef (include onions if you like)
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 1 buttermilk ranch seasoning packet

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together in a big pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Awesome high protein chili!!! It is sooo good!
