Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick Batter Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- Powdered Sugar
- Ghirardelli Baking Chocolate Squares
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
1.Mix 2 cups of Bisquick batter in a mixing blender(I prefer my kitchen aid mixer) with eggs and milk.
2.As batter is mixing add your chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla extract.
3.Pre heat skillet on stove over medium heat.
4.Using an ice cream scooper, spray with non-stick cooking spray, and scoop out a hearty scoop of batter and put it on your heated skillet.
5.Spray your spatula with non-stick cooking spray. Lay out your batter on your pan in a round shape to cook evenly.
6.Let batter cook on one side for about 2-4 minutes, then flip it over, repeat on other side.
7.The total process for each pancake will take about 6-8 minutes depending on how thick your pancake is. You want to make sure your pancake is cooked all the way through.
8.Once your desired pancakes are done, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and using a cheese grater shave chocolate baking squares on top of that.
9.Garnish with cut strawberry.
