Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
- 2 large green onions, sliced
- 6 eggs
- 1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1) HEAT oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add potatoes and onions; cook 8 to 10 min. or until potatoes are browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Spread potatoes to evenly cover bottom of skillet.
2) WHISK eggs in small bowl. Stir in bacon, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes; cover.
3) COOK on medium-low heat 10 min. or until eggs are set. Top with cheese and tomatoes; cook, covered, 3 to 4 min. or until cheese is melted.
