Chicken Stew

Very easy. Can be cooked on stove top or in crock pot. Can make as little or as much as you want.

  • Skinless,Boneless Chicken Breasts

  • Large Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes

  • Large Sweet Onions, diced

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Minced Garlic to taste

  • Milk

  • Chicken Broth


Cover chicken breasts with half water, half chicken broth. When cooked through remove chicken from broth and shred. Add chicken back to broth with potatoes, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Once it's cooked until potatoes are tender remove from heat and add milk (enough to turn white, usually around 2 cups) Enjoy with saltines or plain :)
