Shrimp salad bowl

  • Shrimp
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Dill
  • Garlic
  • Mayo
  • Lemon
  • Greek yogurt
  • Sour cream
  • Cucumber

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water, dill and garlic to boil.
Add shrimp - turn off heat - cook 3-4 minutes.
Place shrimp in ice water to shock.
Chop shrimp, place in dressing (Greek yogurt, mayo and sour cream, dill,cucumber, lemon zest)
Cut a wedge out of iceberg lettuce - remove heart to make a bowl and scoop shrimp into lettuce bowl.
