Creamed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 10 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 oz frozen spinach - cooked and drained
  • 1 small onion - diced

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together soup, flour, butter, garlic, salt and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth and piping hot. Combine with spinach and onion.
