Scotcharoo Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Karoo Sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 6 oz. bag butterscotch chips
  • 6 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Karoo, sugar & peanut butter in pot on stove. Melt completely, turn off stove. Stir in Rice Krispies and spread in buttered 9x13 pan.
While cooling, melt butterscotch and chocolate chips and spread over top. Once cool, cut and serve.
