Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 medium Potatoes (2 pounds)
  • 2 Tbl Butter or Margarine
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Dash Pepper
  • Milk, heated (about 1/4 cup)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare, peel, and cook potatoes in boiling salted water til tender. (approx. 25-30 minutes)

Drain, Mash with a potatoe masher or on low speed of electric mixer. Add butter or margarine, salt, and pepper. Gradually beat in enough of the hot milk to make light and fluffy.
