Ingredients
- 6 medium Potatoes (2 pounds)
- 2 Tbl Butter or Margarine
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Dash Pepper
- Milk, heated (about 1/4 cup)
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare, peel, and cook potatoes in boiling salted water til tender. (approx. 25-30 minutes)
Drain, Mash with a potatoe masher or on low speed of electric mixer. Add butter or margarine, salt, and pepper. Gradually beat in enough of the hot milk to make light and fluffy.
