Sweet sausages

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces smoked sausage
  • 1.5 cups maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Cut sausage into 1” rounds. Place in large skillet over med-heat and add the maple syrup. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes. Serve piping hot.

COOK'S NOTE:
Sausages can be cooked in a crock-pot on low for 2 hours.
