Brandied Steakside Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
  • 8 T butter
  • Seasoning salt
  • ¼ c Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ c brandy

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet sauté sliced mushrooms in butter until brown. Sprinkle liberally with seasoning salt. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until almost all the sauce is absorbed by the mushrooms. Add brandy and continue to simmer until mushrooms are tender.
