Ingredients
- 3 C. skim milk
- 1 (15 1/4 oz) can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 C. evaporated skim milk
- 1/3 C. sugar
- 1 (6 oz) can pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
- ½ tea. vanilla
- mint sprigs (optional)
- ●In a large mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- ●Freeze in a 4-5 qt. ice-cream freezer.
