Ingredients
- 20 oz frozen broccoli, chopped
- 6 c shredded cooked chicken
- 2 - 10-3/4 oz cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c mayo
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c dry white wine
- 1/2 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Thaw broccoli in the microwave. Drain and put into a large bowl; add chicken.
In a medium bowl, combine soup, mayo, sour cream, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper to taste and wine. Whisk together to make a sauce; pour over broccoli and chicken mixture and mix well.
Place in an 11x7" casserole.
Combine the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.
*Can top with cheddar or Gruyere cheese.
