Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Angel food cake mix
- 1/2 c. diet strawberry soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Cover cookie sheet with foil (use new foil for each batch). Mix together cake mix, soda and extract for 1 minute. Beat on medium speed 1 minute longer. Fold in coconut. Drop by level tablespoons on cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove to cooling rack while still hot.Makes 4 dozen cookies.
