Heavenly chocolate cake - non gebrochts

Ingredients

  • cream:
  • 13 egg whites
  • 2 packs ground walnuts
  • 2 cups sugar
  • beat egg whites til stiff.
  • gradually add sugar.
  • fold in nuts.
  • line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • spread batter onto cookies sheets and bake @ 325 for 1 hr.
  • cool and freeze cake.
  • 13 egg yolks
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 3 T cocoa + 3 T coffee diluted in 1/4 cup boilling water
  • beat cream ing together.
  • spread half the cream on one cake.
  • place second cake ontop of cream layer and cream again.
