Ingredients
- cream:
- 13 egg whites
- 2 packs ground walnuts
- 2 cups sugar
- beat egg whites til stiff.
- gradually add sugar.
- fold in nuts.
- line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- spread batter onto cookies sheets and bake @ 325 for 1 hr.
- cool and freeze cake.
- 13 egg yolks
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 3 T cocoa + 3 T coffee diluted in 1/4 cup boilling water
- beat cream ing together.
- spread half the cream on one cake.
- place second cake ontop of cream layer and cream again.
