Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small granny smith apples, grated
- 1 small dry onion, grated
- 1 or 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix all ingredients and form into small flat patties. Fry patties on low-medium heat, turning to avoid excessive browning. You may add oil to the pan because of extreme low fat in patties.
