    Tablespoons minced italian parsley

    teaspoons dried thyme

    teaspoon rubbed sage

    cup whole milk

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 heat up 1 Tablespoon of the oil in a medium saute pan and over medium/low heat wseat the minced pepper in the oil for 5 minutes. add the minced onion, carot and garlic and cook for an additional 5 minutes beat the eggs in a large bowl add the ground beef, pork and the vegetables and the remaining ingredients except bread crumbs mi well with your hands until everything is combined, then work in the bread crumbs allow to rest serve with Grilled Onions 1 medium onion slices 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground saute onions in butter with salt and pepper for about 20 minutes Mushroom Gravy: 2 Tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 Tablespoons flour 14 ounce Beef Broth 1 1/2 sliced Mushrooms 1 teaspoon minced Italian Parsley 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage Melt butter over medium/low heat add garlic and saute for 1 minute Whisk in flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until mixture begins to turn light brown add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until sauce is thick prepare meatloaf for serving preheat broiler to high remove meatloaf from the loaf pan and slice it into nine 1 inch thick slices arrange slices to be served on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until hot place slices of meatloaf on serving plate, spoon gravy over the meatloaf and then top with grilled onions
