Ingredients
- 14 oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
Step 1
Measure pineapple juice, milk and coconut milk into blender. Process until smooth.
Add cream cheese. Process until smooth. Add puddig powder. Process until well blended. Turn into serving bowl. Chill.
