SUMMER BROWNIE ICE CREAM STACKS

Ingredients

• Small brownie squares or mini muffin brownies (premade at Costco)
• Vanilla frosting
• Your favorite ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Freeze the brownies.
Cut each piece in 1/2.
Frost one side.
Add one small scoop of ice cream.
Place the other piece on top. Push together. Freeze.
