Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 oz chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1 c raw Minute Rice
  • 1 c diced cooked chicken
  • 1 c grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Preparation

Step 1

Place broccoli in a 1-1/2 qt baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes to partially thaw.

Stir in rice, chicken soup, milk, 1/2 cheese and the onion.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
