Ingredients
- 2/3 pkg. No Yolks noodles
- 1 Tbl. olive oil
- 8 oz. chicken, cut up
- 1 green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 Tbl. teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tsp. corn starch
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and keep warm. Stir fry chicken in oil until browned. Push meat to one side. Add onion and garlic, cook for 1 minute. Mix 2 Tbl. chicken broth and corn starch in bowl in smooth. Add remaining broth, teriyaki sauce to skillet and cook. Stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Serve immediately over noodles.
