Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup diced onion

  • 1/2

    tsp. black pepper

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    cup sugar or sugar substitute

  • 1/3

    cup oil

  • 2/3

    cups white vineger

  • 1

    can garbonza beans

  • 1

    can string beans

  • 1

    can kidney beans

  • 1

    can wax beans

Directions

Drain and rinse all the beans. Use large bowl; add beans, and all the seasonings, oil, and vinegar. Let cooland let stand long enough for beans to pickup the flavors, about 4 hours.
