Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can beer (12 oz.)
- melted butter to drizzle over top

Step 1
Gently mix flour, sugar, and beer till just blended. Turn out onto greased 9 X 5 X 3 loaf pan. Bake 20 -25 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean. Drizzle with melted butter.
