Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cornstartch
- 4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon mince garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve constarch in rice wine vinegar
combine vinegar, solution with the remaining ingredients
in a small saucepan over medium/low heat
heat mixture stirring often, until sauce reaches a boil, then remove it from the heat
cool, cover and chill
toss wings with warm sauce and serve
should coat about 36 wings
