Ingredients
- 4 lb brisket
- oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C water
- 1/4 C vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 C ketchup
- ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown brisket on all sides in a hot pan coated with oil.
2. Cook covered until tender, about 2 hours.
