Ingredients
- 5 lbs chicken - cooked, boned and diced
- salt and pepper
- 2 c soft bread crumbs
- 1 c cooked salted rice
- onion
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3 c chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Combine in order given. Pour into an oiled pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
Cut into squares or spoon out.
