Ingredients
- Ginger-Lime Vinaigrette Marinade
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 (1-1.5lbs.)pork tenderloins

Preparation
Step 1
To prepare the marinade, whisk together all ingredients
Place pork in Ziploc/zip top plastic bag, add about 1/2 the marinade
Reserve the rest of marinade to serve with steamed asparagus and/or pork
Seal bag and refrigerate for 30min. up to 24hrs.
Prepare grill
Remove pork from bag and discard bag/marinade.
Grill pork 15 to 25mins. turning
occasionally, until meat thermometer reads 155degrees (slightly pink inside)
Let meat stand for 5mins. before slicing. Serve with remaining marinade.
