Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tab. flour
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup consomme'
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 3 eggs, well beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all except eggs in a double boiler. Get warm, but not boiling. Start adding eggs, slowly but not to cook the eggs, just to add. This sauce keeps in the refrigerator and is awesome on ham!
