Squishwich

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup canned white beans, drained
  • 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 piece lettuce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put the beans and spaghetti sauce in the plastic bag. Push the air out of the bag and seal.

2. Pound and squish the sealed bag with your hands and fingers until the beans and sauce are well squished together.

3. Use the spoon to put the squished beans on one slice of bread. Spread the squished beans evenly over the bread with the table knife.

4. Put the lettuce and the other slice of bread on top of the beans. Cut your Squishwich in half, and serve.
