Houston's Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 5 oz. parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 oz. monterey jack cheese grated
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook: Spinach in microwave and directed o package. Drain well and set aside. Saute: Onion in butter. ADD: Drained spinach, drained artichoke hearts chopped, cream cheese, sour cream, salt pepper and parmesan to onion. This should be removed from heat now.
MIX: Everything except the monterey jack cheese into a casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and cooked until cheese is melted. Serve with plain doritos
