Ingredients

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 lbs ground beef
• salt
• 2 pkgs(8ozeach) chopped onions
• 1 pkg(8oz) diced green peppers and onions
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 7 tbsp chili powder
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tsp oregano
• 1 can (15oz) dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can(15.5 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 bottles(12oz each) chili sauce
• 1 bottle (12oz) beer or 1 1/2cups beef culinary stock
