Ingredients
- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 oz sharp Tillamook or other cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg beaten

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in cheddar and combine milk, butter, egg and add to dry ingredients, mix and pour into 8" x 8" pan; bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
