Ingredients
- 4 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 6 tspb flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Microwave chocolate and butter. Stir in vanilla and sugar, then eggs and yolk, then flour and spcies. Pur batter evently into 4 buttered custard cups, place on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 425 degree oven 13 - 15 minutes.
