Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 3 lb asparagus spears
  • 2 t olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Snap off tough ends of asparagus spears. In a large baking pan toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice, then season with salt & pepper. Roast shaking pan and stirring often, until tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
