Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 egg
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c milk
- 3/4 lb ground ham
- 6 oz ground pork
- 6 oz ground beef
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ground mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, cracker crumbs and milk. Add ground meats and mix well. Shape into 24 meatballs, about 1 1/4" in size. Place on broiler pan and bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
In a small saucepan, stir all ingredients together. Simmer over medium heat until sauce thickens slightly. Place in slow cooker with meatballs and keep warm.
