    roll Pillsbury Pizza Dough

  • ¼

    cup thousand island dressing + 2 TBS for top

  • ¼

    lb corned beef deli meat, chopped up. You can also use Pastrami

  • ¾

    cup Sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry

  • 2

    cups Swiss cheese + ½ cup for top


Preheat oven to 400 degrees Unroll pizza dough on a greased baking dish. Press to about 14 x 9 inches. Bake 8 mins. Remove and spread 1/4 cup of 1000 island dressing, all the way to edge. Top with chopped corned beef, sauerkraut and 2 cups cheese. Carefully roll up into a tube and place in greased 9x5 loaf pan, seem side down. Spread top with remaining 1000 island dressing and cheese. Continue to bake for 10 to 15 mins. Until cheese is bubbly in the center. Remove from pan and slice about 1 inch slices.
