Ingredients
- 1 boneless chicken breast per person
- Flour
- Butter
- Marsala cooking wine
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse and pat chicken dry. Coat lightly with flour.
Brown in butter in skillet. Drain once browned, add mushrooms.
Add Marsala wine, enough to cover chicken.
Squeeze lemon juice over top. Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.
